Knives have been made by Tenho Rastas. Blades are hand made by blacksmith Toivo Jaaranen, forged from carbon steel. Other materials used in knives are e.g. curly birch, goat willow's root ball, birch bark and raindeer bone. Sheats are of barktanned leather.
